Lawal Oluwaseun is an Associate in the firm. Lawal holds a LL. B degree (Second class upper division) from Babcock University and a B.L (Second class Upper division) graduating in the top 13th percentile of his class in the Nigerian law school.

He is an Associate of the Chartered institute of Arbitrators (UK) as well as the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria. He is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He provides legal advisory services to clients in energy, fintech and the entertainment sector. Prior to joining Allen and Brooks, he had worked at notable law firms in Lagos where he garnered relevant experience incidental to the growth of his career.
