With a distinguished career spanning Unilever, Business Law Academy, and DEAL HQ Partners, Joshua has spearheaded transformative initiatives across diverse sectors.

Joshua’s experience spans various sectors. A few include Mergers and Acquisitions, Startups, Proptech, Fintech, E-mobility, Agribusiness, QSRs and FMCGs, Real Estate, Corporate Commercial and Estate Administration among others. His notable transactions include advising on the setup, development and implementation of Nigeria’s first digital invoice factoring marketplace through its website and mobile app platform and negotiating with global hotel franchises like Marriot, Radisson Blu, Accor, Mantis, BON to appoint a potential and suitable hotel manager for the project development of a prime hotel apartment in Lagos, Nigeria. He was a member of the advisory team on a USD 10 million 100% equity stake acquisition of an industry leader in the manufacturing, adoption and processing of secondary flexible packaging products and the advisory team on VFD Group’s acquisition of a significant equity stake in Abbey Mortgage Bank via an offer for subscription by way of a Private Placement.

Currently, Joshua is propelling FoodCo Nigeria’s expansion through strategic business restructuring and optimization. He is also instrumental in guiding Comfort Healthplus and Afrifresh towards rapid growth and market leadership.

Recognized for his exceptional contributions, Joshua is the Chair of the Young Members’ Committee of the International Law Association (Nigerian Chapter) and Vice Chair of the Agriculture Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL).

He serves on the boards of two indigenous Nigerian companies, where his strategic insights have driven innovation and profitability. Joshua’s unwavering commitment to excellence has earned him the prestigious 40 Under 40 2024 ESQ Nigerian Legal Awards.
