Halleluyah Edem is an Associate in the firm. She is a graduate of the prestigious University of Lagos where she obtained her LL.B degree after which she was duly called to the Nigerian Bar. She has proven her expertise on countless transactions spanning across several areas of law including Maritime, Aviation, Debt Recovery, Energy amongst others. She has also advised a leading fintech company on a cross-border merger, actively conducting the due diligence process as well as the deal structuring.

Prior to joining Allen and Brooks, Halleluyah had handled several dispute resolution matters at several courts including the Court of Appeal. As part of her experience in admiralty matters, she solely facilitated the arrest of a vessel berthed at the Lagos-Apapa Terminal.

Halleluyah uses her deep understanding of regulations governing business operations in Nigeria to examine complex transactions, in order provide an effective and efficient solution to various businesses.
